I have an 11-year-old Lab and I think he's bored, because all he does is sleep. But he does have an overactive thyroid problem, so that may be tiring him out. I try to give a short walk every day, but sometimes I just don't have time. He knows how to sit, lay down, shake, jump, and bow, and I've trained all those with Clicker Training.
